These terms govern your use of our online boutique and purchases made here. By shopping with us, you agree to these terms.

PURCHASES: Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued. Prices are in U.S. dollars and don’t include taxes or shipping unless stated.

Our shipping policy (free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, processed in 2-3 business days, 3–7 business day delivery) and refund policy (returns within 30 days for unused items, customer pays return shipping unless defective) applies to all orders.

Customers: Customers must be 18 or have parental consent to shop. We have a censored area for items that are not for children to purchase. 

Website Content: Most of the designs on this website are created by me using specialized programs for my products. Occasionally, you might spot something similar or even something I’ve been approved for commercial use. However, please remember that you can’t use any designs from the website without my prior approval. I want to ensure that my personal designs remain exclusive and not used without my permission. My goal is to create unique and eye-catching designs that set my products apart from the rest.

Payments: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, or other methods listed at checkout. Payment must be completed before we ship.

Warranty: Items are sold as-is, with no warranties beyond what’s in the refund policy or required by law. We are not responsible for indirect damages, like delays or losses from carrier issues, beyond what’s required by law.

Changes to terms:  We can update these terms anytime, and changes will be posted on the site.
