Refund Policy

At our boutique, we want you to love your purchase!

 

If you're not satisfied, we accept returns for refunds within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags attached.

No returns accepted on customized items, unless damaged in shipping, or there is a mistake.

Just contact us via our support email, with image of item, and explanation of why you are returning the item. Return shipping is on you unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product-in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping.

 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items are eligible for store credit only, not cash refunds.

 

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
